Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure
to the feet and hands which may provide pain and stress relief as will as other benefits.
Learn from a licensed massage therapist how to massage your own hands and feet
to reduce pain and stress. There will be a 15 minute break halfway through the class.
