In this series, Dr. Mary Block will give overview of the seven articles of the
US Constitution from a historical perspective. Dr. Fred Knowles will provide
an overview of the Bill of Rights. The most relevant applications for today
will be presented. Hybrid class: choice of Zoom or in-person. Instructors: Dr.
