Yoga for Stress

Learn a variety of yoga postures to help you relieve stress. Practice breathing techniques for relaxation. Explore stretching techniques to improve flexibility. Appropriate for beginners and all levels of experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Instructor Suzanne Montgomery holds a yoga teacher training credential and has 5 years of teaching experience.
