Join us for a celebration of craft beers and discover why all beers are not created equal. Learn about the role the beermaking process and ingredients have in forming the aromas and flavors of beer and how to taste and rate different types of beer.
Instructor Herb Fiester is an assistant professor in VSU’s Department of Curriculum, Leadership, & Technology. Previously an Operations Manager for a chain of liquor stores, he became fascinated by regional beers and how they have evolved and enjoys sharing his passion through beer tastings. Class is limited to 15.
