Learn to make paper out of your dryer lint! Any color lint will work - just be sure to remove any debris, especially hair. Separate the lint by color if you don't wnat your finished paper to be a mix of the various colors. Bring a quart-sized bag of lint which should be enough to make two 5X7 pieces of paper. Once your paper dries, you'll be able to decorate it with stamps or markers provided in class. You'll also learn about other mark-making techniques that can be used to enhance handmade paper. If additional drying time and decorating is needed, the art room will be reserved for 1 - 3 pm on Friday, Oct 23 for participants to complete their papermaking projects. Instructor: Charlie Oliver
