The instructor will show you how to
improve muscle strength, increase
flexibility and balance, and reduce
stress with yoga. In Thursday classes
there will be no postures in which
you must put pressure on your
knees. Students should bring a yoga
“sticky” mat and cotton yoga strap
to class; or straps can be purchased
from the instructor for $6.
