Class is held in the computer lab. Beverages in closed containers are allowed; snacks are prohibited.

Textbook and exam materials are included. (.85 CEU)

Please note: Be sure you know your username and password to login to or have it written down. We cannot hold up the start of the exam to wait for those who have forgotten their usernames and passwords. Those who cannot login to by the time the proctor is ready to start the exam will have to reschedule.

You will receive a call when textbooks are ready for pickup.

We strongly recommend that participants pickup their textbooks as soon as possible after being notified that they are available. This class is an intensive review of the textbook. Reading and completing the exercises and practice tests provided prior to attending the class increases your chances for success on the exam.

Pass/Fail results are available immediately upon completion of the exam. With a passing grade, print your own eCertificate.
