Mindfulness is the practice of being fully aware in the present moment. Explore the basics of mindfulness and complete a "Mindful Map" to assess your strengths and areas of improvement. Some of the benefits of mindful meditation are understanding pain; lowering stress levels; reducing brain "chatter"; focusing your mind; connecting better with others.
