Dancing is fun AND great exercise! Learn the basics of Waltz and Swing so you'll be ready to hit the dance floor at your next wedding or other social gathering. Practice posture, leading, following, and basic dance patterns for these two popular dances. No sneakers, flip-flops or open-backed sandals. Leather-soled shoes recommended.
Instructor Janice Blanchard is a life-long dancer/instructor and enjoys sharing her love of dance with people of all ages.
