Explore conflict analysis, individual responses to conflict, and strategic managerial intervention in non-productive conflict situations. Learn to use on-going dialogue to enhance performance management and discover methods for effectively handling both the supervisor's and supervisee's emotions during a dialogue. (.3 CEU) Location: University Center Rose Room.
