Immerse yourself in traditional dance moves of Africa. Focus on core strength, stretches, and stamina through dance elements of body, time, space, rhythm, relationships, and culture. Please wear loose-fitting clothes; bare feet recommended.
Instructor Andrea Gourdine is professionally trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, and African dance.
